Traction dynamometer

Traction dynamometer for the measurement of isometric strength and biofeedback training. Link enables operator independent measurements. It can be fixed on a physiotherapists table, on the wall bars or on pulley machines. Link is provided with accessories for keyturn use :

  • 2 carabiners
  • 2 loop fastening accessories allowing attachment to a physiotherapy table or to a wall bar and to the desired limb.
  • 2 different resistance elastics for exercise with resistance.
  • 1 adjustable rigid strap for the measurement of the maximum isometric force.

Assessment

Screen of a Max Grip Strength Evaluation

This Assessment type tests the Maximal Grip strength. The Max corresponds to 100% of the strength abilities. It is related to a short and strong physical effort and it is very helpful as a work reference. The most relevant measured parameter is the Force Peak.

Exercise

Configuration Screen

Exercises are cusomizable in order to make train the patient or athlete on a targeted zone and optimize the work. Based on the assessment results, the target zone is personalizable in terms of percentage of the Max Evaluation.

Repetion Counts

Based on the Assessment Reference, the Reps Counts exercise allows to make your patients train on a specific number of repetitions at a specific target to reach (% of the max). The Reps Counts allows to control the achievement as well as the pace of the Repetitions in Real-Time. A repetition is counted when there is a muscles contraction & release cycle.

Isometric Exercise

On the opposite of the Reps count, this exercise required a sustained and static movement instead of squeeze & release contraction cycles. It implies to keep the muscle contraction while keeping an unchanged position. You can make your patients work on a number of repetitions to perform with a specific target to reach (% of the max). The Isometry excercise requires control and accuracy of the level of strength delivered.

Rehab-Gaming

Rehab-Gaming

Meet Karl, the KINVENT’s Kangaroo who will evolve in different playful environnements. In the same way than the Exercises, the Games are cusomizable in order to make train the patient or athlete in a funny and targeted difficulty. Based on the assessment results, the target zone is personalizable in terms of percentage of the Max Evaluation. Moreover each game is composed of 10 different level of difficulties making the rehabilitation more challenging.

Scuba-Diving

This rehab-game makes Karl evolve like a Scuba Diver under the sea. Controlling their strength and motion in order to make Karl avoid the bad fishes while collecting as much as possible of pearls and diamonds, your patient will be happy to play.

Desert

This rehab-game makes Karl evolve with his hang-gliding in the desert. Controlling their strength and motion in order to make Karl avoid the cactus while collecting as much as possible of tree-leaf and butterflies, your patient will be happy to play.

Reporting

Results Details

Results details of a max Grip test. The results allow to highlight the percentage of deficit or imbalance between both hands. Each KFORCE report can be exported in a PDF format.

Results Over Time

The key of the progress for the functional rehabilitation is the motivation. This motivation can be powered by the measurement and the ability to compare the starting point regarding the current state as well as how much effort are still remaining before the recovery or the return to sport. Each KFORCE report can be exported in a PDF format.
