For this webinar, I will discuss the supplementary contribution that a dynamometer can have in measuring a sportsman’s state of fitness and in the individualization of his program to prevent and limit injuries.
Many injuries are the result of overloading a part of the body (bone, cartilage, tendon, muscle, etc.). Symptoms are only felt by the patient once a certain threshold of tissue degradation has been reached.
